Compliance Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organization's adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.

About the Job

The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and updating our compliance policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to our business teams to ensure they are aware of and compliant with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Review: Conduct regular reviews of our compliance procedures, policies, and other related documents against bank rules, regulations, and other legal requirements.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures that meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
  • Business Support: Provide timely and accurate guidance and support to our business teams on compliance matters, including answering questions, providing training, and conducting audits.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, risk and control teams, and external stakeholders, including regulators and consultants.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2 years' work experience in a financial institution in a role relating to financial services compliance.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial services compliance.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., law, accounting, finance).
