Job Overview

$170K + Car or Car Allowance + Super Package

A national construction and manufacturing company is seeking a strategic leader to drive growth and innovation across Australia.

The ideal candidate will leverage design, construction, and manufacturing capabilities to develop new products and solutions for customers, drive quality and innovation in the market space, and apply commercial strategic initiatives to enhance positioning and capabilities.

This key role reports to the Executive General Manager and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure all construction processes and practices are followed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring construction processes and practices are followed.
  • Reviewing risk mitigation and legislation; monitoring worker compliance, safety and insurance requirements.
  • Liaising with technical services departments; providing advice, problem-solving support; developing and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Utilizing company systems and reporting methods.
  • Collaborating with national stakeholders to drive quality, innovation, and commercially strategic initiatives.
Requirements

  • Extensive experience in construction management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
