An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate culinary professional at a prestigious hospitality group.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will work with a successful and highly regarded team, renowned for delivering exceptional dining experiences in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne iconic arts venues, including the Art Gallery NSW, Australian Museum, Queensland Museum, Sydney Theatre Company, Melbourne Theatre Company and Museums Victoria.

The Role
- Utilize your creativity to prepare exceptionally presented dishes, consistent in flavour and appearance
- Work closely with the Head Chef to further your cooking skills and techniques
- Manage the kitchen brigade to ensure speed of service for restaurant and function operations
- Follow all food safety procedures and legislation
About You
- A motivated chef with a passion for creating excellent dishes
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, from busy restaurant and/or cafe environments
- Diploma Certified in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety
- Punctual, self-driven and autonomous, whilst being open to direction and learning
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic
- In possession of a valid Australian working visa - able to work in a permanent full-time capacity
