Job Overview:

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading home care services in Western Australia's stunning Pilbara region. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a real difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead home care services across CHSP, HCP, and disability programs in the Pilbara
  • Join the senior management team, contributing to the strategic direction of the organisation
  • Oversee and mentor a dedicated team of staff, promoting excellence in care and service delivery

Requirements:
  • Experienced in managing aged care or community care programs, including CHSP and HCP
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and managing teams
  • Skilled communicator who can engage with diverse clients and staff
  • Knowledgeable about Aboriginal home care services and culturally sensitive practices
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
