Coatings Specialist

We are seeking a skilled coatings specialist to join our team. As the primary painter, you will be responsible for applying paint to products in accordance with required specifications and standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Prepare components for painting by cleaning and preparing surfaces
- Apply paint using both airless and conventional spray systems
- Inspect, measure, and test completed work for finish, film thickness, and coverage
- Continually improve painting techniques and practices to meet quality standards
- Clean and maintain all equipment while maintaining high standards of housekeeping
- Experience in industrial spray painting
- Proficiency in conventional and airless spray systems
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
