Job Opportunity:

A skilled plumber professional is required to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the industry's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to sales teams, including joint calls to offer assistance.
  • Grow maintenance plumber trade counter sales at key merchants to support bundle and spare sell through.
  • Resolve in-market AS&S issues, including collaboration with local service agents.
  • Lead the resolution of quality issues affecting installations and ensure effective solutions are implemented.
  • Offer troubleshooting and technical solutions for customer problems raised through the sales escalation process.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and provide guidance on training impacts.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Creative and out-of-the-box thinking with a practical approach
  • Engaging presentation and group facilitation experience
  • A strong industry network and connections
  • On-the-tools experience as a plumber or similar trade
  • Technical qualification in plumbing
