Hotel Cleaning Manager Opportunity

  • The role involves managing the day-to-day cleaning and housekeeping operations to ensure a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and corridors.
  • Collaborate closely with the Front Office team to provide seamless service to guests and create memorable experiences.

  • Oversee daily cleaning schedules for rooms and public areas, ensuring they are spotless and ready for guest arrivals.
  • Supervise, schedule, and support housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional results.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance and other departments to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Manage inventory levels of linens, supplies, and uniforms, as well as maintain accurate records of lost property and guest communication.
  • Monitor the cleanliness of all hotel areas, including restrooms and corridors, to maintain a high level of quality.
  • Assist with training staff to meet quality and brand standards, ensuring consistency across the board.
