Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Cross Country Team Leaders to join our team for the upcoming season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective training strategies for cross country teams
  • Maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and the wider community
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sport and Sport Coordinator to plan and deliver cross country events
  • Monitor and record student progress and performance accurately
Requirements
  • Passion for health and physical activity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in leading or coaching sports teams
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team

As a successful candidate, you will be an inspirational leader who can motivate and engage students in cross country activities. You will have excellent organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
