Job Description

The role of Cross Country Coach involves coaching teams in cross country events, providing guidance and support to athletes, and promoting a culture of teamwork and sportsmanship within the school community.

Key Responsibilities
  • To plan, coordinate and deliver high-quality coaching sessions for cross country teams.
  • To develop and implement effective training programs that cater to the needs of all athletes, regardless of their skill level or experience.
  • To create a positive and supportive team environment that encourages athletes to strive for excellence and achieve their goals.
