Director of Learning Diversity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Learning Diversity to join our College Leadership Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in implementing our Teaching and Learning and Student Wellbeing Strategic Plan.
The Director of Learning Diversity will provide exemplary leadership in the area of Learning Diversity, promoting improved student learning outcomes and engagement by modelling best practice. You will be responsible for leading in the area of Learning Diversity, including strategic planning in Literacy, Numeracy, EAL, refugee and indigenous support, and highly able students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student learning outcomes and engagement
- Lead the development of inclusive education programs and resources
- Provide professional learning and support for teachers to enhance their practice in Learning Diversity
- Collaborate with other College leaders to develop and implement College-wide initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Learning Diversity programs and make recommendations for improvement
