Occupational Therapist Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Occupational Therapist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The role involves working with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and conditions, including home safety and equipment prescription, work rehabilitation services and ergonomics, lymphoedema and swelling management, neurological rehabilitation, hand and upper limb therapy, and pain management therapy.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with clients, referrers, and allied health teams. You will also need to be a good communicator, both verbally and in writing, and believe in life-long learning and professional development.

The successful candidate will have AHPRA registration, a Federal Police Check, and a current driver's license. They will also have experience working in occupational therapy, preferably in a similar setting.
