Requirements

To succeed in this role:

  • Trade qualified chef with experience in a high-end kitchen environment
  • 5-star standard of food-preparation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Able to work in a team, reporting to the Head Chef
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HACCP, able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
