We are seeking a highly skilled Triage Injury Management Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves connecting with injured employees and their managers to provide personalized health management support and advice.

This position is part of our dedicated Triage Team, which focuses on delivering high-quality health services to employees who have sustained injuries at work. As a consultant, you will leverage your clinical expertise in a corporate setting to provide effective triage, first aid advice, and support.

The work can be undertaken telephonically, allowing for flexibility in working from home or office. Key tasks include:

  • Providing empathetic support and care to clients to improve their personal health and wellbeing goals.
  • Coordinating supports and wellbeing services for a motivated client population.
  • Conducting initial early intervention triage with clients, addressing both physical and mental health services.
  • Undertaking relevant case coordination activities, including liaison with stakeholders, provision of email updates, and creation of documentation as required.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An experienced Allied Health practitioner (Physio, Osteo, Chiro, OT, EP, etc.) with full registration or a Registered Nurse.
  • A caring and empathic nature.
  • Desirable experience in care coordination or occupational rehabilitation.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good IT and time management skills.
  • A strong customer service focus.
