Regional Asset Management Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a skilled Regional Asset Manager to lead our Property Development & Assets team.

  • This role focuses on ensuring effective preventative and reactive maintenance, as well as overseeing minor works projects.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Support site maintenance staff in delivering facility maintenance services.
  2. Manage enterprise-wide maintenance contracts.
  3. Develop and manage annual Opex and Capex budgets for maintenance services and capital replacement budgets for plant and equipment.
  4. Ensure appropriate statutory and preventative maintenance records are generated and stored electronically and available for audit by relevant authorities.
  5. Monitor site maintenance compliance through periodic desktop audits of maintenance records, physical site inspections and interviews with internal stakeholders and external contractors.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing a team, providing strategic direction and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Sound financial management skills including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Working knowledge of domestic or commercial construction practices or facility maintenance procedures.
  • Relevant degree or trade qualification in construction, building maintenance, contract administration or significant demonstrable experience deemed equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to participate in rotating on-call and after-hours emergency response roster across all sites in the property portfolio.
  • Interstate and intrastate travel to our sites at least 3 times a year.
