About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join the Stock Control team at our Welshpool Distribution Centre. As a Stock Control Administrator, you will be the primary contact to facilitate the movement of stock to fulfill customer requirements, alongside providing support for our WA branch network. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to learn the ins and outs of supply chain, learn more about ARB and get amongst a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Process transfers/requisitions for branch orders.
- Investigate and respond to branch queries.
- Engage with other departments to follow up overdue products/orders.
- Reviewing store backorders and coordinating return of stock from alternate locations.
- Assisting with the return of stock back to DC location.
- Assist MFG supervisor with scheduling and creating workpacks.
- Analysing reports on branch stock inventory.
- Interest in inventory management/purchasing with a focus on delivering the best outcomes for stakeholders.
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer-focused working environment.
- Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive, whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Basic skills in MS Office applications - Outlook, Excel and Word.
