Float Centre Manager Position

This role supports the operations of our Southern Brisbane centres. The successful candidate will cover leave between centres, work initially at Calamvale to learn Sunkids policies and processes, and then work between other centres as well as contribute to future growth opportunities.

  • Manage daily centre operations, including staff management, enrolments, record keeping, and fees management.
  • Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children.
  • Support current Centre Managers and direct, lead, and role model in all areas.

The ideal candidate has previous centre management experience, preferably with large centres, and holds relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services. They must also hold current certifications in Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Training.
