Job Summary

The Lead Co-Curricular Developer will oversee the implementation of a framework for recognising student co-curricular participation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing programs and activities across all campuses.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to establish priorities and deliver a consistent student experience.
  • Identifying and analysing information to support strategic decision-making.
  • Working with students, staff, and external partners to recognise co-curricular opportunities.

Requirements

We are seeking an individual with strong project management skills, effective communication abilities, and experience in using multiple systems and CRM tools.

  • Ability to work flexibly in a busy team environment and manage complex projects.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Higher Education sector, particularly Employability Strategies.
