Director Of Co-Curricular Education Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our co-curricular life, fostering identity, belonging, leadership, and excellence in students.

The Director will lead and oversee CGS Music, Sport, Outdoor Education, and Clubs and Enrichment programmes, ensuring they are vibrant, inclusive, and aligned to the School's mission and values.

  1. Job Description:

    This is a rare opportunity to shape the strategic vision, coherence, and quality of our co-curricular life. The Director will be responsible for the strategic development, quality assurance, staffing, and long-term planning of these programmes.

  2. Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with team members to implement initiatives, deliver projects, and manage change.
    • Manage competing priorities and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Communicate effectively with verbal and written skills, engaging, influencing, and building constructive relationships.
    • Support the intellectual, emotional, social, physical, and ethical development of students.
    • Provide strategic direction, inspire trust, and confidence through empathetic and relational leadership, fostering collaboration and shared purpose.
