Senior Network Team Manager

As a seasoned professional, you have the opportunity to lead a team of skilled operators in ensuring the seamless operation of our water and sewer network systems. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, who can motivate and direct their team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily operations to meet safety standards, productivity requirements, and licensing obligations
- Direct the performance of field operators, delivering work activities that meet customer service levels, safety protocols, cost objectives, quality expectations, and time constraints
- Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve work targets and objectives safely and efficiently
- Plan and schedule work for the team, ensuring optimal resource allocation and project delivery
The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in the water and sewer industry, a Certificate III Water Operations qualification, or be willing to obtain it. They should also demonstrate exceptional leadership and motivational abilities, as well as excellent planning and scheduling skills.
Requirements- Experience in water and sewer, construction, and/or plumbing industry
- Certificate III Water Operations qualification or willingness to obtain
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Ability to plan and schedule work for the team
- Permanent, full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight
- Team-based 9-day fortnight roster
- On-call roster participation
- Remuneration package based on Grade 9 of Council's Salary System Protocol
- Base salary: $3011 to $3389 per fortnight
- Adverse Working Conditions Allowance: $38.98 per fortnight
- Superannuation: $366.02 to $411 per fortnight (12%)
- Market Allowance: $307.69 per fortnight
- Retention Allowance: $2000 after 12 months service
- Class MR or above licence
- Implement traffic control plans & Traffic controller tickets
- Confined space entry certification
- Work safely at heights certification
- Dogman certification
- Operate high pressure jetting water system certification
- Working near overhead powerlines certification
- AQF3 Chemical safety certification
