Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations to meet safety standards, productivity requirements, and licensing obligations.">
  • Direct the performance of field operators, delivering work activities that meet customer service levels, safety protocols, cost objectives, quality expectations, and time constraints.">
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve work targets and objectives safely and efficiently.">
  • Plan and schedule work for the team, ensuring optimal resource allocation and project delivery.">

Requirements:

  • Experience in water and sewer, construction, and/or plumbing industry.">
  • Certificate III Water Operations qualification or willingness to obtain.">
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.">
  • Ability to plan and schedule work for the team.">

  • A remuneration package based on Grade 9 of Council's Salary System Protocol.">
  • A base salary: $3011 to $3389 per fortnight.">
  • An Adverse Working Conditions Allowance: $38.98 per fortnight.">
  • Superannuation: $366.02 to $411 per fortnight (12%).">
  • A Market Allowance: $307.69 per fortnight.">
  • A Retention Allowance: $2000 after 12 months service.">
