Project Delivery Lead

The Project Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of business and technology readiness for a servicing team.

About the Role
  • Lead planning activities, coordinating efforts across business and technology teams.
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for new servicing functions.
  • Align business design with internal stakeholders and external partner requirements.
  • Manage business analysis efforts, ensuring clear definition and delivery of requirements.
  • Translate client insights into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Drive detailed project planning, leveraging AI in business design.
  • Monitor project status reporting, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Oversee change management and implementation activities, including testing and readiness.
About You
  • Significant experience in project management across large, complex initiatives within the finance industry.
  • Mandatory experience with platform solutions in superannuation or investment servicing.
  • Strong leadership experience across both business and technology teams.
  • Background in business design and process improvement.
  • Wealth industry knowledge (superannuation and investments).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
