Civil Construction Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Construction Professional to join our team. As a key member of our site delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are set up for success and delivered to the highest quality standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Setting up quality assurance systems pre-construction and supporting project mobilisation.
  • Performing site checks and collaborating with site teams to maintain quality.
  • Managing quality assurance documentation and ensuring smooth handovers at practical completion.
  • Assisting with tender take-offs and handling variations from tender to construction.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (minimum).
  • 1-4 years' civil contracting experience as Graduate or Civil Construction Professional.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A clear communicator who enjoys working with both office and site teams.
  • Motivated to develop your career with a supportive and growing business.
