Network Control Centre Manager

We are seeking a seasoned operations leader to lead our 24/7 network control centre, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of water and wastewater services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring, control, and optimisation of network performance through advanced systems. They will lead a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
To excel in this role, the candidate will require:
- A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in operations management within utilities or critical infrastructure
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, IT, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of SCADA, telemetry, IoT, or similar control systems
- Proven leadership in managing 24/7 or shift-based teams
- Experience in water industry operations and regulatory frameworks
- Familiarity with digital transformation, predictive analytics, or smart infrastructure
- Track record in incident management and emergency response
- ITIL certification and an understanding of hydraulic systems
