Job Summary

This leadership position is crucial to establishing and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders to enhance the national collection. You will collaborate closely with two other curatorial directors to proactively shape and build the library's collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans and project proposals for the Curatorial and Collection Research Section.
  • Provide specialized expertise and guidance in the development of library programs and initiatives.
  • Represent the organization in various forums, including writing and presenting papers, and in the media.

Requirements

  • Hold qualifications or equivalent experience in Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Possess curatorial experience in the Australian cultural heritage sector.
