AFGRI Equipment is a leading provider of premium new and used agricultural equipment, meeting the machinery needs of our customers.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to manage customer relationships and satisfaction, and achieve maximum sales profitability and growth within an assigned territory, selling new and used agricultural machinery and equipment.
- Establish and maintain a sales system that fosters customer loyalty and referrals
- Maintain and build on sales to ensure department profitability
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
- Resolve customer problems and complaints efficiently
- Build and maintain good working relationships with other departments to reduce conflict and maximise dealership profitability
About You
- Sales experience, preferably in an agricultural setting (training provided)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate knowledge of standard Microsoft desktop applications and in-house software
