Agricultural Sales Leader

About the Opportunity:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships with local rural producers to drive sales for a broad range of agricultural products and merchandise. This role will involve providing leadership to branch employees across rural merchandise, agronomy, fertiliser, livestock, wool, financial services, and insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive branch performance and the achievement of financial targets.
- Mentor the sales team to provide professional, efficient, and quality service to customers both in-store and on-farm.
- Create strategies and implement channels to drive further revenue.
- Oversee supply chain activities for the branch to ensure products are delivered in full and on time in line with inventory KPIs.
- Champion and manage safety, quality, and the overall presentation of the store to the highest standards.
About You:
The successful candidate will have a strong sales background in the agricultural industry with demonstrated success. They will also have a sound understanding of financial acumen, be self-motivated, and driven to implement improvements in all areas of store operations.
