Job Opportunity for a Software Engineering Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple engineering teams to achieve their best results
  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps to drive business outcomes
  • Define and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to junior engineers
  • Maintain high standards of software quality
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading successful engineering teams
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud computing (AWS), microservices architecture, and modern web frameworks (Angular, React, Vue)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best results
  • Experience working in an agile environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery
  • Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing multiple software engineering teams
  • Cloud computing certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker)
  • Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, or data science
