About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at the NSW, Wollondilly Community Leisure Centre in Picton. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy group fitness classes to our members, promoting a fun and engaging workout experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver group fitness classes, including Aqua Aerobics, Les Mills GRIT, BODYPUMP, Yoga, HIIT, Tabata, C30 - Functional and Lower Body, Fit and Fab, and Circuits.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our members' needs and preferences, providing a tailored fitness experience.
  • Collaborate with our team to create a positive and inclusive fitness environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and best practices, ensuring our members receive the best possible experience.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module, or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL).
  • Relevant Program Certification (e.g., Aqua Aerobics, Deep Water Running, Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, Barre, Cycle, Circuit, Les Mills).
  • Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia.
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • Working with Vulnerable People.
  • Agree to undergo a police check as part of the employment process.
  • Driven to success with a friendly, can-do attitude.
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends is essential.
