Fitness Program Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy and engaging fitness classes to our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver dynamic fitness programs that cater to diverse member needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all participants
- Collaborate with our team to promote fitness programs and services to members
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in group fitness instruction
Requirements
- Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent qualification
- Relevant program certification (e.g., Aqua Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates)
- Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
- Working with Vulnerable People clearance
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
