Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Justice Intervention Officer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in reducing re-offending among young offenders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work with young offenders to identify and address issues that may lead to re-offending.
  2. Develop and implement programs to reduce re-offending through restorative justice activities and evidence-based interventions.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for victims, young offenders, their families, and the community.
  4. Prepare and present reports to the Children's Court on behalf of the Chief Executive, ensuring accurate documentation and best practice outcomes.
  5. Maintain accurate records and ensure effective information management to promote accountability.
  6. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and contribute to organisational goals.
