Justice Intervention Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Justice Intervention Officer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in reducing re-offending among young offenders.
Key Responsibilities- Work with young offenders to identify and address issues that may lead to re-offending.
- Develop and implement programs to reduce re-offending through restorative justice activities and evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for victims, young offenders, their families, and the community.
- Prepare and present reports to the Children's Court on behalf of the Chief Executive, ensuring accurate documentation and best practice outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure effective information management to promote accountability.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and contribute to organisational goals.
