The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling them to effectively manage multiple tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all secretarial and administrative duties within the dental practice setting.
  • Maintain patient waiting areas and front-desk spaces in an organized manner.
  • Respond to incoming calls, direct inquiries to relevant personnel, and ensure seamless communication.
  • Provide a warm welcome to patients upon arrival.
  • Ensure timely completion of correspondence related to dental practices.
  • Update patient records and document recent treatments and procedures accurately.
  • Provide patients with pricing information as needed, verify payment methods, collect payments, and facilitate daily transactions.
  • Create patient charts and schedules for the dental team.
  • Liaise with medical insurance providers regarding payments and benefits.
  • Procure necessary supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Coordinate appointments and travel arrangements, process mail, file documents, and maintain accurate records.
  • Review and improve operational processes regularly.
  • Pursue proactive measures to resolve issues and enhance administrative efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Diploma-level qualification in a relevant field is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in providing administrative support to senior staff members.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
