Classroom Lead

The role of a Classroom Lead involves guiding and directing a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care to children.
As a key member of the classroom team, you will lead by example, fostering a respectful and collaborative environment that supports the learning and development of each child.
To be successful in this position, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Key responsibilities include assisting the Room Leader in planning and implementing programs, developing and maintaining relationships with families, and ensuring the physical and emotional safety of children at all times.
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is essential for this role, as is current First Aid training and a valid Working with Children Check.
About You- Demonstrated experience in planning, documentation, and implementing programs for children aged 0-6 years, with a focus on contemporary pedagogies and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and NQS (National Quality Standard).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with families and colleagues.
