Job Title

Leading a Team of Educators in a Montessori Classroom

This role involves overseeing a team of educators in a Montessori environment. The successful candidate will serve as a link between the classroom and children, observing, guiding and supporting their unique learning processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience and qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing the Children's Program
  • Maintaining a safe environment
  • Ensuring accurate records are kept
