Pursue a challenging career as a dedicated healthcare professional in our Acute Care Mental Health Team. As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with mental health clients in the St George area, providing comprehensive assessments and care planning.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care through collaborative teamwork to achieve positive outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments, including risk evaluations and safety planning, to inform care decisions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate consumer-focused and strengths-based practices.
- Effectively manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks.
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Nursing and maintain current registration with the relevant nursing authority.
- Demonstrate core competency skills in Mental Health interventions in the Community and possess experience in comprehensive mental health assessments, risk assessment, safety planning, and collaborative care and discharge planning.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to proactively engage with patients/clients to enhance service delivery.
- Hold a current unrestricted drivers licence.
