Financial Transformation Director

We are seeking a strategic finance leader to join our team and drive financial excellence across the organisation.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to take on a key leadership role and make a significant impact on the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of robust financial systems, processes and reporting frameworks that support informed decision-making and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis capabilities to inform business strategy and drive performance improvement;
- Lead the transformation of the finance function to deliver best-in-class operational efficiency and effectiveness;
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements and revenue growth;
- Manage and develop high-performing teams to achieve business objectives and drive cultural change within the organisation;
Key Skills and Qualifications
- CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role;
- Proven track record of driving financial excellence, improving operational efficiency and delivering business growth;
- Strong technical skills in financial planning, analysis and reporting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels;
- Ability to lead and manage high-performing teams and drive cultural change within the organisation.
