About the Role

Job Description
  • Assist with various tasks related to garden maintenance, including hedging, weeding, pruning, planting and mulching.
  • Operate hand tools such as hedgers, blowers and whippersnippers safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

About You

  • You have a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field will be highly regarded.
  • This role can be physically demanding and you must have the ability to safely lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel and stand for extended periods.
