Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Leadership: Lead the profitability of the branch, manage and coach branch staff and operations, and engage and develop the team.
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop business and sales strategies to deliver success, process incoming orders, and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure implementation and continuity of best practice processes, quality control of goods in/out, and maintain stock.

Requirements
