About the role

Based in our Karratha branch and reporting into the Branch Manager we are looking for an experienced Truck Driver/ Storeperson who has a passion for safety and a proactive attitude.

This role is a permanent full time position, offering competitive rates plus $33,000 regional allowances. 

Day to day you will:
 

  • Work within the warehouse picking and packing orders

  • Load and unload vehicles

  • Operate machinery

  • Face to face customer service

  • Delivering orders to customers

We are looking for someone with a proactive attitude, a strong desire to succeed, great customer service skills, and ideally, experience in a similar role within the steel or building industry.

You will also have;
 

  • Valid Forklift licence and HR (Heavy Rigid) Licence

  • A high regard for safety and a hardworking and reliable attitude

  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with customers

  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of time management and organisation skills

  • Experience in stores/warehousing within similar industry - steel, building or transport desirable
