A leading provider of gases, technologies, and services for industry is seeking highly motivated engineering graduates to join its 18-month graduate program.

About the Program
  • We are looking for individuals who can collaborate with leaders and technical specialists to support daily operations, maintenance, inventory control, safety, and quality activities.
  • The program includes rotations within core business units designed to challenge thinking, provide insights into complex projects, and build a comprehensive understanding of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
  2. Gain practical experience in production management, reporting, and analysis.
  3. Be involved in productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Learn and progress your understanding of operations through engagement with the operations team.
  5. Develop troubleshooting skills during plant and facility issues and assist with solutions.
  6. Prepare and review documents required by regulatory and corporate standards.
Requirements
  • You must hold a valid work visa for at least 18 months.
  • You have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate Engineering degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical discipline within the last three years.
  • You are available to commence full-time employment immediately.
