Musician Wanted

NSW Police Force is seeking a talented musician to join their Police Concert Band. The successful candidate will contribute to the promotion of the organization through community engagement by performing as a musician in various ensembles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform as a musician in the NSW Police Band and its various ensembles.
- Participate in community engagements and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with other musicians and staff members to achieve the band's goals.

Requirements:

- A high level of commitment, accountability, punctuality, deportment, and presentation are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should be adaptable and able to perform in a variety of settings, including less than desirable indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.

Desirable Skills:

- Additional skills that can be adapted to contribute to the promotional, logistical, and administrative functions of the band are highly desirable. These may include holding a Medium and Light Rigid Driver's Licence, arranging, composition, internet/social media, recording/sound (Mac computer experience), instrument repair, video, photography, and graphic arts.
