About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pipecrew Foreman to join our team in the Moreton Bay Region. As a key member of our civil construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing a small crew on Storm, Sewer, and Mains projects, ensuring high standards of work across Infrastructure, Subdivisions, Community Projects, and Roadworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small crew on various civil construction projects, including stormwater and sewerage infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with current SEQ standards and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with site teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and control project costs, resources, and timelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Drainage Foreman or similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of civil pipe principles, with experience in residential subdivision works.
  • Strong understanding of SEQ standards and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
