About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pipecrew Foreman to join our team in the Moreton Bay Region. As a key member of our crew, you will oversee a small team on Storm, Sewer, and Mains projects, ensuring high standards of work across Infrastructure, Subdivisions, Community Projects, and Roadworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small crew on various projects, including Storm, Sewer, and Mains works
  • Ensure high standards of work across different project types
  • Collaborate with the site team to achieve project goals
  • Develop and implement effective work plans and schedules
  • Monitor and control project costs, resources, and timelines
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Drainage Foreman
  • Advanced knowledge of civil pipe principles and residential subdivision works
  • Ability to deal with adverse ground conditions
  • Comprehensive understanding of SEQ standards
  • Strong commitment to OHS and Safe Work Practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
