Senior Construction Management Faculty Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Construction Management Faculty Member to join our School of Civil and Environmental Engineering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and research in construction management with an emphasis on digital technologies, data sciences, and IoT – including BIM, smart infrastructure, and data-driven decision-support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in construction management with a focus on digital technologies, data sciences, and IoT.
  • Contribute to curriculum design, development, and review, ensuring alignment with industry needs and University goals.
  • Engage students through meaningful assessment and constructive feedback, promoting independent learning and academic success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to foster a culture of innovation and excellence in teaching and research.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a related field and/or relevant work experience, demonstrating a commitment to staying up-to-date with discipline knowledge and developments.

They will also possess expertise in teaching and learning design, development, and delivery at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, as well as familiarity with educational technologies and online delivery methods.
