About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Troubleshoot issues and minimize disruption to progress and timelines
• Collaborate with the HSEQ Manager on site safety and ensure subcontractor compliance
• Manage financials, forecasting, and day-to-day invoicing

Requirements
This role requires a valid commercial and residential builder's license, a degree in Construction Management or a related field, and minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role with a Certificate IV in Building and Construction. You should have experience managing large-scale projects, particularly in commercial and residential settings, as well as proven leadership skills and a strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and construction processes.
