About the Role

Bayside Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing projects across the full project timeline from Tendering/proposals to Practical Completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects across the full project timeline from Tendering/proposals to Practical Completion.
  • Act as a 2nd in Command to the Civil and Transport Manager in Brisbane.
  • Be client-facing and manage project budgets, resources, deliverables, and commercials.
  • Prepare and price proposals.
  • Be competent in 12d and Auto CAD, with a strong focus on drainage design.
  • Work on multi-discipline projects and across multiple international jurisdictions and engineering codes.
  • Travel to Pacific island nations for short work trips.
About You
  • Hold a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team to meet project goals and operational targets.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), and the ability to prepare documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations to a high level.
  • Knowledge of applicable Australian standards, codes, and state requirements.
