Childcare Leader Position

At our childcare facility, we focus on guiding the growth of children before and after school, as well as during the holidays. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of educators in creating a safe and welcoming environment for kids to relax, have fun, and thrive.

Responsibilities

This position involves designing and maintaining an engaging program that is both safe and compliant. You will plan exciting daily activities for primary-aged children, prepare healthy snacks, and build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local community.

About the Role
  • You must have an enthusiastic approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
  • A relevant Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • A valid Working with Children Check is essential.
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates are necessary.
  • Availability from 6:30 am to 8:30 am and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • A valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is required.
