About The Role
  • Welcome and serve customers at the rental counter
  • Process rental transactions, bookings and contracts efficiently
  • Provide product information and promote our services
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness ensuring they meet our high standards
  • Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles to company expectations
Key Requirements
  • A valid Australian driver's licence
  • Availability to work on a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales is beneficial
  • Ability to multitask and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
