Project Engineer

At SEE Group, we're committed to delivering excellence in civil construction, mining, and infrastructure projects. As a Project Engineer in our Urban Development team, you'll play a key role in shaping the Moreton Bay region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice on project planning, coordination, and supervision
- Conduct quality assurance, project administration, and financial reporting
- Ensure health and safety protocols are met and project deadlines are achieved
- Establish a professional work environment that fosters positive communication and problem-solving
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree
- Background in engineering, construction, and delivery processes
- Proven management skills, practices, and planning ability
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities
- Highly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating, and administering contracts, specifications, and Australian standards
- Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications
- Highly effective planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills, together with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence others
- High attention to detail
