The Opportunity

We are expanding our Expert team in Australia and seeking an experienced delay professional to join our team. As a result of our continued success, we are looking to welcome a skilled individual to our experienced team and are open to you being based in either Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceptional experience working in the construction industry with experience working on live projects.
  • Experience working as a delay expert and/or a lead assistant in the infrastructure sector.
  • Experience of dispute management and ideally had involvement in arbitration or Expert Witness proceedings.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to forensically review large data sets relating to disputes.
  • Strong skills using relevant software tools, including Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Knowledge of the various principles of delay analysis.
  • The ability to demonstrate previous work-winning ability in securing fee-earning quantum work for yourself and other consultants in the Asia Pacific region would be highly desirable.
