Job Overview

Amplar Health is seeking a compassionate Community Enrolled Nurse to deliver exceptional care in the community setting. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding experience, with opportunities to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

As a Community Enrolled Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing services to multiple clients' homes each shift, typically visiting 8-10 patients per shift. Your responsibilities will include wound care, compression bandaging, medication management, continence and stomal care, as well as aged care nursing assessments.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Providing personalized nursing services that promote patients' quality of life
  • Assessing patient and carer needs for education and/or support
  • Advocating for patients and their families

This position requires an Enrolled Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration and at least 2 years' experience delivering top-notch care. You will work on a rotating 7-day roster between 7am and 9pm, including morning (AM) and afternoon (PM) shifts with no nightshifts.
